| General info : | | Nemo Lighting is the brand name used by Nemo SRL, a lighting manufacturer, founded in Milan in 1993 by Franco Cassina.
Owned by Federico Palazzari, Nemo produces the Masters collection , a unique selection of lamps designed by 20th-century masters such as Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, Vico Magistretti, Franco Albini, and Kazuhide Takahama.
In 2020 the company acquired the historic Turin lighting company ILTI Luce.
In 2024, Nemo Group strengthens its position with the acquisition of FontanaArte and Driade , two icons of international design. In 2026, Nemo Group opens a new phase of development for Driade through a strategic alliance with Kettal, which acquires a majority stake in the brand.
The four companies in the group – Nemo Lighting, ILTI Luce, Reggiani and FontanaArte – operate as separate entities, but within a broader collaborative framework.
