Evy Alice Gruyaert (born August 11, 1979 in Meulebeke, Belgium) is a Belgian radio and television presenter.

Evy Gruyaert graduated in Kortrijk with a degree in Business Translation and Interpreting. She began her media career at a local television station and, following a competition, went on to work at Radio Donna , first as a newsreader, then as a substitute, and finally as a presenter of shows including Donnamour (with Brecht Vanmeirhaeghe and Ann Reymen), Evy en de mannen, and Get fresh (with Jan Bosman).

In 2001, she made her breakthrough on Flemish public television, first as a hostess, and later in the programs Vlaanderen Vakantieland, Aan Tafel, Ticket, and Vlaanderen Sportland. In October 2001, she became an announcer on the channel één. From 2007, she presented the program De Rode Loper, replacing Martine Prenen. By the end of 2007, Katja Retsin took over from her. In March 2009, she was voted "sexiest radio personality". On November 27, 2009, Evy Gruyaert presented her first jewelry collection, Malice in Wonderland. In 2010, the book "Shoe Addict" was published.

In 2012, Gruyaert presented Zoo of Love, a program about people and their favorite endangered animals. In the spring of 2013, she presented Topstarter, a program for entrepreneurs.

On July 25, 2013, Gruyaert presented for the last time for VRT, after which she became a presenter on VIER. There she hosts the live show De val van 1 miljoen and works on other programs. In the autumn of 2014, she hosted the interactive quiz Weet Ik Veel with 300 students. In March 2014, she appeared as a challenger in an episode of Wauters vs. Waes on Eén and VTM .

In the first week of 2018, she returned to radio, on Nostalgie, together with her good friend and radio presenter Kevin De Geest. From 2019, she got a regular Saturday show on that station.

In 2018, she started the webshop Les Elles with a friend, which she left later that year for health reasons.

In the summer of 2023, she hosted on Joe for three weeks.
